HOW TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE
The purchase order is subject to the availability of the item ordered.
The order is to be considered completed by the customer, only after having received confirmation email from Vintage Watches srl.
The order will be processed as soon as possible only after payment by bank transfer.
All items purchased online are guaranteed by law, including satisfaction or refund.
The goods must be returned within 10 days at the customer’s care and cost, Vintage Watches srl guarantees the total refund less the expenses incurred for the delivery.
The watches on sale are not necessarily charged to Vintage Watches but are available from us on request.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Vintage Watches srl issues an invoice as a tax and warranty for 1 year on operation and for life for originality.
The loss of the warranty, which is nominative, or any tampering with the certificate, will cause its forfeiture.
SHIPMENTS
The shipping costs, always insured, are at the care of Vintage Watches for the countries of the European Union.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
The purchase by mail order is regulated by the articles of the law, the customer who purchases by mail order, will be able to make use, within ten days from the purchase, of the right of withdrawal.
The watch will be collected and refunded by Vintage watches srl (less shipping costs incurred) only if it will be recognized in the same conditions in which it was at the time of sale. The right of withdrawal is not foreseen for goods collected personally.
The purchase is protected by the guarantee satisfied or refunded within one week after receipt of the watch only and exclusively in EU countries.
Customers from countries outside the EU cannot benefit from this guarantee for customs reasons.
In case of withdrawal all packaging, insurance and shipping costs are charged to the customer.
