The stamp HF is the mark of HUGUENIN Freres of Le Locle Switzerland.
They produced jewels, watches and olympic medals.
Curiosity:
Around 1926 the king of England Edward VIII commissioned Tavannes to make for him a custom watch that could be worn as a belt buckle while He playing golf.
With a discreet press of a small bottom on the watch portion, the buckle would flip open at 90 degree angle to its case.
In this position the time could be read.
