The stamp HF is the mark of HUGUENIN Freres of Le Locle Switzerland.
They produced jewels, watches and olympic medals.
Around 1926 the king of England Edward VIII commissioned Tavannes to make for him a custom watch that could be worn as a belt buckle while He playing golf.
With a discreet press of a small bottom on the watch portion, the buckle would flip open at 90 degree angle to its case.
In this position the time could be read.
